Information we collect
When you order, we receive your name, phone number, delivery address, ordered products, delivery choice, and any prescription you upload. We also keep messages you send about an order.
The website currently uses cash on delivery, so it does not collect card or online-banking details.
How we use it
- Review, confirm, prepare, deliver, or cancel an order.
- Check prescriptions and contact you about medicines, stock, price, or delivery.
- Protect the website and keep records needed for pharmacy operations or applicable law.
Prescriptions and storage
Uploaded prescriptions are stored privately and are available only through the pharmacy staff dashboard. Your cart remains in your browser while you shop. A prescription-upload reference lasts for the active browser session and expires after 24 hours.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with authorized pharmacy staff, the person handling delivery, service providers that host the website and private files, or authorities when legally required.
We retain information only as reasonably needed to manage the order, address concerns, maintain necessary records, and follow applicable law.
Your choices
You may remove or replace a prescription before checkout. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, safety, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution reasons.
