Orders
Siris Pharmacy accepts an order only after confirming it with you. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, a prescription cannot be verified, or fulfilment would be unsafe or unlawful.
Prescription medicines
A valid prescription is required where applicable. It must relate to the patient and medicines ordered. If ordering for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their prescription. We may request the original prescription or further information before dispensing.
Products, prices, and health information
Website prices, stock, pack details, and descriptions are for shopping reference and are reconfirmed before fulfilment. We will contact you about a material change before preparing the order.
Website information is not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Use medicines only as professionally directed or stated on the product label.
Payment and delivery
Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by approval, stock, address, traffic, weather, or difficulty contacting you. Some products or locations may not be eligible for delivery.
Cancellations and product problems
Contact us promptly to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible after a medicine is prepared, dispensed, or sent for delivery. Medicines that have left pharmacy control may not be returnable simply because you changed your mind.
If an item is incorrect, damaged, expired, or appears tampered with, do not use it. Keep the product and packaging and contact us so we can review it and provide an appropriate remedy.

Provide accurate customer, patient, delivery, and prescription information. Do not submit altered documents, fraudulent orders, harmful files, or attempt unauthorized access to the website.
